The service
ClipCentral helps prepare, process, caption, export, and, where available, publish clips from video content. Some features require credits, a subscription, or a connection to a third-party platform.
Applicable features, prices, and limits are shown on the site or during checkout and may change.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity on your account and use of your workspace by people you authorize.
Your content
You keep your rights to media and text you upload. You must have the rights and permissions needed to process and publish them, including rights relating to people depicted, music, and trademarks.
You authorize ClipCentral and its providers to host, copy, and process your content only as needed to provide features you request. You remain responsible for reviewing results before publication.
Connected platforms
Connections to Meta, Google, YouTube, Twitch, Kick, or other services depend on their own terms and permissions. You may revoke access with the relevant platform. Revocation may make some features unavailable; it does not itself request deletion of data already processed by ClipCentral.
Payments and credits
Prices, credits, billing periods, and terms specific to your chosen plan are shown before purchase confirmation. Payments are processed by an external provider. Review your order before paying.

Acceptable use
Do not use ClipCentral to process or publish illegal content, infringe others’ rights, bypass security controls, disrupt the service, or access another workspace without permission. We may restrict access in cases of abuse, security risk, or legal obligation.
Availability and results
We aim to provide a reliable service, but some features depend on external providers and may be interrupted or changed. Automated suggestions and processing can contain errors; review them before use or publication.
Stopping use and contact
You may stop using the service and request deletion of your data using the Data deletion page. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations or ongoing disputes.
