Send your request
Email hello@clipcentral.ai with the subject “ClipCentral data deletion”. If possible, use the email address linked to your account and specify whether you want the entire account deleted or only data related to Facebook or Instagram.
If you do not have a ClipCentral account but believe we hold information about you, identify the relevant profile or Page and how to contact you. Never send a password, sign-in code, or access token.
What happens next
We may ask you to confirm your identity or connection to the account before proceeding. We will review associated data, revoke applicable access, and delete or anonymize information that no longer needs to be retained. We will follow up by email.
Some data may be retained where required by law, fraud prevention, accounting, or a dispute. Content you already published on a third-party platform must also be managed with that platform.
Disconnect an app
You can remove ClipCentral’s access to Facebook or Instagram from the relevant platform’s settings. MCP connections to Claude or ChatGPT can be revoked on ClipCentral’s Connections page.
Disconnecting stops new access but does not replace a request to delete information ClipCentral already holds. To do that, email us as described above.
