Getting started

Prepare your first clip

Choose a moment, tighten the cut, and move through the five stages to the final file.
01

Select a self-contained moment

The opening should provide enough context without a long introduction. The final shot should deliver an answer, reaction, or clear conclusion.

02

Tighten the cut

Remove pauses and repetitions that add nothing. Then watch at normal speed: a clean cut should feel natural, not rushed.

  • Hook appears quickly.
  • Enough context for someone seeing the video for the first time.
  • Complete ending, with no clipped word or reaction.
03

Complete the workflow

Review captions, framing, post copy, and the final preview. At the last stage, find the files ready to use.
